But for good reasons - I've actually been quite busy! It's nice. I don't know whether I'll actually be able to keep THIS blog up every Sunday now, since something has happened that I want to document regularly, and no doubt they will compete visciously with each other!
But yes, been nice and busy. Done some more photo editing for the bro (see previous post), but also I seem to be much more involved in things here already, which is really nice. I seem to now be the regular worship leader for the weekly prayer meeting, a role I am honoured to have, and am excited my the things that have been born out of prayer. I'm also now (I think) down on the rota for Sunday music, so am looking forward to seeing which people I'm put with and how often I'll be playing.
I'm also going on the rota for L8, a young-people-led evening service that happens every 2nd and 4th Sunday in the month. I'm actually playing bass for the next one, but in the future will hopefully be doing some actually leading (Rach, who's organising the music, seems nice and keen!) and presumably piano and vocals at some point as well.
We haven't got a house group organised yet (forgot to mention that to the vicar, oops) but hopefully we'll be joining one soon.
Had a very hectic couple of days, so I think I'm going to go have a bit of a chillax session.
